FAQs

Dry times:

Carpets dry times range from 4-36 hours but typically dry within 24 hours. Times can be expedited with proper ventilation, open windows, use fans, and AC on during summer, heater on during winter. Allow more time for shaggy carpets and less for padding-less carpets/comercial carpets.

Upholstery & area rugs dry times range from 2-24 hours, cleaning them in a garage or covered patio during warm months will dry them in no time at all.

Tile & Grout dries inmediatly after cleaning, and we leave them moped a dry for you. Sealing times are 12 hours to fully cure but you’re able to step on the tile in as little as 1 hour.

Stains return:

Sometimes some stains resurface a few days after cleaning, and it’s due to the stain being on the pad itself, which absorbs moisture during a deep steam clean, and as it airs out to dry, whatever was under will come to surface. Don’t worry, you’re covered! just send a text/email/yelp DM and we will come fix it at no extra cost. Must notify within 2 weeks of cleaning.

Carpet smells:

All of our deep steam clean packages includes a complimentary odor neatralizer that generally prevents any smells.

However, sometimes, when carpets haven’t been cleaned in a while/home with pets, a smell might be present the following few days after a deep steam clean due to smells being trapped in the padding. Urine crystals in pad are also rekindled with steam, making old smells appears. Keep windows open and try arm and hammer carpet powder after carpets dry.

We also offer a more expensive odor treatment at $10 per room that prevents odors from surfacing/homes with pet urine damage.

Carpet warping/lifting:
