I have very competitive prices. I also accept all of my competitor's current deals. All of my prices include the full treatment that your tile, carpet or sofa needs, no additional charges. Some companies charge you for spot treatment or pre-spotting treatment. I include everything on my prices, as I believe it to be dishonest to give a customer one price and charge them extra when you arrive at their home. 

I use industry standard truck mounted equipment, powered by gasoline. It's know as hot water extraction or steam cleaning. It's the safest and most powerful way to clean your carpet. My system heats water in a pressurized environment, and come out as a fine steam mist. Your carpet will not be left wet as I use a 22 HP extractor that leaves your carpet slightly damp. In most cases, it will be dry in 4 hours or less. 

If I cannot clean your carpet, I highly doubt anyone will. Don't fall for other companies false claims. I strive to run an honest company. 

If you are not satisfied, I will do my best to make sure you are. If I'm unable to do so, I will not charge you for my work. That is my promise to you.

Tile its $.35 Square Foot. Includes scrubbing of the grout and steaming it.

Area Rugs $25-$60, depending on size.

PET TREATMENT

Only $15 per room. It includes a disinfectant solution and an odor killer.
