Carpet cleaning prices

What’s included?

Price includes pre-spotter, which consist of stain treatment and a natural mint deodorant.

Stronger pet smells require an optional (but highly suggested) pet treatment, which specifically targets pet accidents/dander/sweat that could be present on carpet.

No chemical residue left on your carpet, (unless we do a heavy pet damage clean, which requires an additional post clean layer of pet treatment)

Green services also available at no extra cost, but is only recommended for lightly soiled carpets, as products don’t work as well on tougher stains/worn carpets.

1 Room $110 2 Rooms $110 3 Rooms $150 4 Rooms $200 5 Rooms $240 any addition rooms after 5 will be only $40

Hallways $15-30 depending on size

Stairs $45

Pet treatment $10 per area/room

Scotchguard by 3M $10 per area/room

Rugs

Most rugs can be professionally cleaned on-site. However, certain materials require specialized centrifuge cleaning equipment, which can only be operated at a dedicated facility. If your rug requires this type of cleaning, we can refer you to a trusted company with the proper equipment and facilities to safely clean it.

Minimum price per any job is $110

Following price applies if rugs are added to other services on same appointment date
